I have created a new domain with you for hosting which has number prefixed i.e. 327xxxxxx.simlweb.com. Do you think this is how it works to access my website. i.e. http://327xxxxxx.simplweb.com?

That is correct.
Most of our customers use a custom domain however, such as mydomain.com
