Double tab name

Hi, when you go our site's homepage (www.orchardview.org) the tab name has Orchard View SchoolsOrchard View Schools (twice). Where do I change that so that it only says Orchard View Schools. It seems to be in all browsers with tabs.

   I notices that it actually does it on all pages - it has the page name and then Orchard View Schools too next to it in the tab label

   This is in the SEF site suffix and prefis plugin (in the plugin manager)
