Domain forwarding
I followed all the steps in the How to forward your domain tutorial. All was simple enough until the Final Process: Site Manager > Domain Manager step. When I click the New button of Step 3, I get the the vhosh page and enter my domain name. However, when I "Click Save", the page goes blank and never displays the Domain Manager page again. I tried completing this step using Firefox and then IE which displayed a page that stated "The wesite cannot display the page. Under "More information" IE error was
"This error (HTTP 500 Internal Server Error) means that the website you are visiting had a server problem which prevented the webpage from displaying."
I then disabled my security programs and firewalls and still could not complete the process. I then attempted to complete the step using a Firefox on a Mac but still could not complete step 5 in tutorial because the new domain never became listed for me to check the box and then Apply the new domain name in the Domain Manager.

I have tried several more times to complete the Domain forwarding process with no results. To make sure that it was not my own network blocking the Domain Manager page from entering my domain name, I logged to my site from my 3G smartphone. The page was still failed to load and let me apply the forwarding domain name.
If it is possible to have Simplweb support complete the process and enter the domain name:
empowerwriter.com that needs to be entered into the 146empoweru.simplweb.com site. My site is being forward to the simplweb.com site looks bad for Empower Writer and I hope to have the problem resolved soon.

Hi Jim,
I checked into the domain manager in the backend of your site and also received a blank screen when saving the new domain name. There is an error with Joomla or the server and this is a problem that we are working to resolve. I've upgraded the ticket to our developer to reset the backend of your site. Thanks for your patience,
Dawn
