Where is JContact?

Hello,

I am looking for JContact in the components tab in the administration back end and it is not there. Would it be any where else? I signed up for iContact and need the JContact component to get started.

   We have recently added Joomailer in conjunction with Mailchimp to handle marketing, collecting data on, and interfacing with contacts.    Otherwise you have the built in Contact component of Joomla at your fingertips.
