"Please Wait" message when loading new articles
I see that there have been this same issue with other administrators. This has been going on with my site for 3 days now. I cannot even get out of the page I am in when I get there. Can you please advise as to what needs to be done to resolve this?

Hi John,
To give a little back history, we sent an email to everyone about this
problem about a week ago. I hope we have your proper email on file so
you can receive this important updates to Simplweb - please check your
account settings and make sure that ***@simplweb.com and
***@simplweb.com are not on your spam list.
For now we are recommending that you login with your domain:
http://www.yoursite.com/administrator not your simplewebsite
(http://xxx.simplweb.com/administrator). This will allow you to edit
with the WYSIWYG editor.
If you do not have a domain for your site, then please login to the
backend of your simplweb site, click on site>user manager. Once the
page opens with all of your users, click on your user name. When the
configuration page opens, click on the dropdown next to editor and
select Tiny MCE. Click save. This will allow you to edit the modules
and articles.
The WYSIWYG pro editor is no longer being supported by the developer
that wrote it. Right now it works on all sites with domains but does
not work on simplweb.com sites. Since it is not functioning properly,
we are researching which editor extension to change to and this could
take a few more days to resolve. We are working hard to provide you
with the best editor available.
All the best,
Dawn

Hi Sandra,
I thought I would send you an update on the editor. The WYSIWYG Pro is now fixed and you may return to using it if you prefer using its additional features.
To turn it back on:
This effectively sets you to the default editor in the global configuration which is currently WYSIWYG Pro.
As a final note, we are looking to replace the WYSIWYG Pro with JoomlaCK. Our developer is working on this change as I write this letter and we hope to implement it soon. We recognize that the having your site functioning at all times is a priority and we're unhappy with the lack of support that the WYSIWYG Pro extension offers. JoomlaCK is a fabulous extension that keeps up the with current HTML/CSS standards while also keeping up with the new Joomla! releases. In effect, this means that your site will work incredibly well, run fast, and work when you most need it.
Thanks again for your patience.
Warm Regards,
Dawn
