Do you link to pdfs uploaded to the media manager in the same way as images? I am attempting to do this by using the image button at the bottom of the page for the Eco-Cleaning Guide module, but my pdfs folder is not in the /stories folder and I cannot move up in the directory to select the pdfs I have uploaded.

Do pdfs in fact need to be uploaded in the stories folder? If so, I cannot see a way to move files or folders within the media manager. Is this possible? I will be uploading a lot of pdfs, so this is an issue that will make a big difference for me.

Thank you very much.

    Hi Cameron,

No need to apologize, Joomla isn't the most intuitive. It took me months to understand the menu thing myself the first time around. The trick of using CSS certainly wasn't intuitive.

Regarding the footer, it looks like you have three columns, each of these can be little modules that only have pieces of the menu displayed. You can set this up in the module manager and call it (footer menu 1, footer menu 2, etc). Then pick the menu items you want in that module from the list. Now your main menu will have all of the stuff on display - that's where the CSS magic will come in.

I don't mind creating a list of the changes I've made to your site with keywords noting the technologyscripts I used. But I won't be able to teach you CSS. To learn more about CSS I suggest things like Lynda.com or codeschool.com - or a local college course.

    All the best,

    Dawn
