support problems
I am still in this endless loop - It says login on the top of
this
Support page (Logn to Simpweb)
but if I try to login, it tells me I am logged in.
but there is a red bar that says
The MultiPass token has expired.
I tried to clear my cookies, etc to see if it would go
away, but no luck - I want to send in other questions, but
this is driving me crazy. I think when I try to submit this,
it will make me create a login or somthing - that I don't want
to
do.

Hi Sue,
I've received the ticket, it just isn't connected to you unless I claim it. Are you logging in from support.simplweb.com/login or from www.simplweb.com/login? You want to login from http://www.simplweb.com/login then click support. If that's not working please let me know.
Hope that helps,
Dawn

*The MultiPass token has expired.*
What does this mean??
The support doesn't work right ...
I did login on the login page
And if I try to create a ticket, I don't think it will be associated with
me even if I'm logged in (It says login in the blue bar across the
top if the support page, and if I click that, it's when I get the Multipass
message) If I click login again, it says I am logged in.
It's been this way for a couple weeks now - and I've restarted
my computer, tried to clear my cache, etc.
Is there something that could be stuck on your end?
I have several new websites that I need to make in the
upcoming months , and need to decide if I should put them on
simplweb or not -- I have some questions that I've
been wanting to ask. This is very frustrating!

I replied to your earlier email - I did not create a new ticket - I don't
think I can
create a ticket - unless I'm on that form where I'm not logged in and I have
to
enter my email address and verity the human question - and then I think its
