Hi Richard,
I have been talking to Andrew Roberts-Wray about this. The issue is at your end with your DNS.
The site is coming up at http://sunninghillprepschool.simplwebsite.com/

Would it be easier for the school to move the domain to simplweb? then you can control everything for them / and help stop this from happening again.
what do we need to do to move the name if you agree with this move?

Hi RIchard,
I sent you a invite so you and Andrew can see each others support tickets.
As I mentioned to him, you need to transfer your domain to GoDaddy (we don't register domains).
Your previous vendor should help you with this....
