Change Payment Card Details

I need to change the credit card used to pay for your service. How do I do it?

    Hi Mark

    What is your site name and when is your payment due.

    I ask as we are just about to beta a new platform and are offering a free month....

    Site name is tinderbox2. The payment goes out on the 10th each month.

    Hi Mark,

    The main feature of the new platform is up to 5 sites for the same price, yours looks like a live site so maybe the beta would be too unstable for you?

    Also, looks like your DNS isn't set correctly, the menu links have "simplwebsite" in them...

    Agreed the beta is not a good idea. So the original query still stands.

    I can now amend the A record and CNAME in Cpanel using the Simple DNS zone editor but am not sure what the record names should be.

    Small world as you say!

    Hi Mark,

    I have set you to renew, so you should be able to go into simplweb.com and there should be a pay now link.

    Please tell me when you have the new card in so I can cancel your old card.

    The link I gave gives the DNS details...
