I'd like to be able to use FTP to
-- upload new versions of css files (I find editing directly online in the tempates to be error prone) -- upload images faster -- upload files to someplace other than images folder Thanks

    Hi Sue

Unfortunately, we don't provide FTP access for better security.

If you have a number of image files, we can upload them for you in bulk if you zip and email them to us. Remember not to have any spaces in the filenames!

For right now, I don't have that many images (actually a bigger issue if I
    do another
website here). I figured out how to get the logo on the site an putting it
    in images folder -
Only problem I have right now is setting changing the favicon - its in
    <link href="/templates/js_enterprise/favicon.ico" rel="shortcut icon" type=
    "image/x-icon" />
but I think I can only put files in /images/...

    Thanks

The favicon has to go in the template file. If you attach we can upload it for you... or you could reinstall the template with that image there (and in templateDetails.xml)...

    I attached the favicon file
    website is drjamietripp.com

Not sure how to put it in the template - you get the template zip file - unzip it - change the favicon file -- and rezip??? This doesn't seem like a process that
I like - should be abe to change the favicon - and don't want to reinstall the template

I tried downloading the favicon to the images file and then putting the link in the template which has a place to put script before the page - but this didn't seem to wok
    Thanks

Yes.. this is more a function of Joomla. It looks for the template folder for a custom favion.

We'll get this in asap for you
