Change Logo in template "relief"

I did import an new template named hot_relief on my account "http://387engl.simplweb.com"
To change the file "logo.png" of the teplate relief I have to have access the ftp-files. Is it possible to enable the ftp for my account?

   Hi Dora

   I added your logo and made some adjustments to css so that it would fit the layout of the site.
