I see that you offer Joomla hosting, but I have a few questions.
Do you provide FTP or any server access for email setup and database uploads?
Can you download your own backup to keep locally?
If you do not provide either what is the cost or is it possible to move the site and keep it.
If so is there a cost to package?

I have a friend on your system and I noticed that the normal ability to backup the site is not available in the admin section. Nor could I see anything about these options in your FAQ.

   We don't allow FTP to insure better security. We can help with
   database work on an occasional basis.
   We don't provide email, but many of our customers have had great
   success with Google Apps for domain (domain branded gmail)

   We retain continuous 15 minute interval backups.

   We charge a $85 fee to prepare an export of your site.
