How do I get a backup of my site to move to another host?

   I'll move this ticket to our developer and he'll provide you with a
   backup within a couple of days. In the meantime, would you mind sharing

   Hi Dawn

   A few months ago I requested a backend module/extension installed to
   coordinate an RSS fed subsite from HP to be inserted into my site. I was
   told that it could not be done; hence, I've been looking for an alternate
   course of action and have now found it; however I need to move my site.
