Change banner/header logo

I want to change the logo or at least see what a different logo looks like for the main banner/header of my site (http://orchardview.org). Where do I go to do this? Thanks

   Hi Darlene,

   I think you'll find your logo is a module, which can be found in the
   module manager.

   I also notice its not cropped to size
   http://orchardview.org/images/stories/ov_logo.png

   You should make the actual image size of the logo be whatever you need
   by editing it in an image editor. I think you have just set the image
   size settings in the image tag. This means that the larger size is
   always downloaded by the browser, slowing the page down.
