Hi guys, I am working with another web design company on one of my sites and they are requesting FTP access to move a large amount of files from the old site to the new site directories. Can you advise on FTP access. Thanks

We don't offer FTP access to our sites for security reasons but we can do an import for you. Please let me know what types of files you would like to import to your site (images, articles, etc).
