I need a template made for a Joomla 1.5 installation

This is a very simple 1 page site. The client only uses it to advertise his services, nothing complicated. I already have the homepage sliced up, css and a js folder. What I need is to have it put into a format that will install into the Joomla. I have attached an image of the page. For the video he has two videos that he would like to have rotate every few months. I don't think Joomla has this capability but hey I could be wrong. I figured he would have to activate / deactivate them as required. I am sure you will have questions for me and I don't mind calling you or we could communicate on skype. My skype name is ericgrose

Hi Eric
What you need to do is turn the homepage sliced html file into a
Joomla template.
If you can zip and attache all your files for us, its pretty easy to do.
