I have a file that I need to upload into a client website. Unfortunately the file is 13.6 meg and it cannot be further edited. Is it possible to upload files larger than 10 meg?
By the way, I tried to create a help ticket through the button hanging on the right side and it did not seem to work. It allowed me to create the help request but never submitted it.

    Hi Richard

    We are using this for support now and I missed that link you were using.

    I can increase your file upload size for you. Everything should be set to 20Meg now.
